Joey’s “Bologna & Cheese” at village belle

Watch Chef Joey Campanaro prepare his version of a lunch time classic, the bologna & cheese sandwich. He makes an open-faced version, (perfect for hor d’oeuvres),  using Mortadella & Tomme de Savoie to turn the “ordinary into the extraordinary.” Joey prepares this savory treat at our sister restaurant, village belle in Philly.

Doreen Creede, of Style Maniac enjoys Joey’s sandwich, with a glass of rose, selected & poured by the GM of village belle, MIchael Romeo.

A special thanks to  Doreen & Style Maniac for the awesome interview.
