Gail Simmons at The Venue

Gail Simmons, is most popularly known as a judge on Bravo’s Emmy-nominated series “Top Chef,” & as the Special Projects Manager at Food & Wine Magazine. With a lil’ help from Chef Joey Campanaro, she prepared “Eucerin’s Perfect Recipe for Skin Health,” which included a roasted peach & arugula salad with goat cheese and walnuts, soy glazed salmon, & more. Click here to view photos.

China Latina Night at The Venue

6pm-9pm & 9pm-12am

Chefs Lee Anne Wong and Camille Becerra are teaming up for one night only to pay tribute to New York City’s classic Chino-Latino restaurants.  This collaboration will introduce the foods of their youth and respective cultures, resulting in a culinary celebration of the bold flavors of their respective heritages.  The menu consists of assorted passed hors d’oeuvres and small plates, and the piece de resistance - a Pernil self-carving station.  The dishes will be paired with specialty cocktails, and a full cash bar with beers from Asia and Latin America will also be available.
